usb not reading in pc.

     my computer won't read the usb, it says doesn't recognize driver, then when you update driver it says already have most current.

    I checked your product model is MaxiCheck Pro. If this device can't be recognized as USB device. You need to load the SD card to your PC via Card Reader to retrieve the files.

    The same thing happen to my MD802 Elite. But when I read the SD card with the reader I do not find any file that I saved when I scannd my 2001 Maxima

    As for this case, please open Autel Printer app, and then connect your MD802 to your PC, go to Playback, get into it. It will be connected.
